This hotel has a fantastic location close to the moor and the charming village, making it ideal for walks and exploring shops. The rooms felt a bit cold and were quite small, but they came with all necessary amenities. The service was friendly and accommodating, although they struggled with afternoon catering. The breakfast was good, but it could have offered more variety.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious and clean room with beautiful views of the countryside. The service was exceptional, always attentive and friendly. I had a delicious supper at the restaurant at a very reasonable price. However, the ensuite could use a little more attention to detail, and there was a slight issue with the wardrobe door. Overall, it was a great experience with some minor hiccups.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfect for nature lovers, but the rooms left a lot to be desired – they felt outdated and poorly maintained. While the staff was attentive, there were moments of rudeness that really affected the overall service experience. The dining situation was hit or miss, with some dishes feeling overly greasy. Overall, it has potential but needs improvements in several areas.

I had a nice stay at this hotel overall. The location is perfect for exploring the Dales and is just a short walk into Ilkley, which is bursting with charm. The rooms were clean with a large bed, making for good comfort, but I did notice a few maintenance issues that need tackling. The service was attentive and helpful, which made for an overall pleasant stay. The location was great for walking and exploring nearby areas, but the dining experience was unfortunately lacking, reminiscent of a less-than-stellar B&B. Overall, it felt like decent value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

I stayed in the avocado suite, which was a reasonable size and nice and clean, but I did notice some mouldy tiles and a large gap between the bath and the wall.
